Unlock

1. Wake the lock by pressing any number button.
2. Enter your PIN, then press the unlock button at the bottom right. Unlock button
3. A green light confirms unlocking. Lift the shackle open.

During your visit

Once you have opened the lock, you can hang it on the hook for your visit. Close the gate from the inside using the latch.

At the end of your visit

1. If needed, open the lock again with the same PIN. Close the gate and put the lock back in place to secure it.
2. Push the shackle fully closed.
3. If it does not lock automatically, hold the unlock button for 2 seconds.
4. Check that the shackle stays secured.

IMPORTANT! The lock must be closed between visits. Do not leave the gate open, even if the next visitor is already arriving.
